TRADE STAND REGISTRATION

From 2021 to 2022 the attendance increased by an upwards of 55% bringing in over 3,000 people over the 1 day, this resulted in a complete sell out of all tickets. For 2023, we are increasing the ticket allocation and aiming for over 4,000 people.

Is there a cost?

There is a flat fee of £99+VAT (Early bird offer)

This will change to £125+VAT on the 01/05/2022.

What are my size restrictions?

On registration, please fill in the size you require. We are not restricting the sizes, although we are running a fair allocation policy. Your vehicles will be directly parked behind your stand and we are happy for you to showcase up to 4 cars with your trade stand.

Do I need PLI?

Yes, we require Public Liability Insurance which can be submitted closer to the event. Any trade stand without a PLI will not be allowed to trade.

Where will my stand be located?

Your stand will be on cut grass and outside. We have a dedicated area for trade sellers which we are improving for 2022.

Can I sell food/drink?

Sadly not, Thruxton has an exclusivity contract for food and drink and therefore we can't allow anyone else on site.

Can I enhance my awareness over the event?

We will be selling a limited number of ad space in the programme at £150+VAT per full page. The option to purchase a space will be in the registration form.

When can I set up?

Access will be available on the 24th July from 7.00 - 8.30. Please note: Movement of vehicles will be strictly forbidden from 8.30 - 15.00.

Do you have a  Covid-19 Cancellation Policy?

If we need to cancel the event due to legal restrictions because of Covid-19, you will be entitled to a full refund.

How To Register My Stand?

1.) Make sure you read the FAQs and T&Cs HERE

2.) Fill in the trade stand request form HERE and submit it to HPOpenDay@hendy-group.com

3.) Provide your public liability insurance either when submitting the form or no less than 3 weeks before the event.

4.) We will send an invoice that will need to be paid no less than 3 weeks before the event and a layout plan with clear directions.
